Hybrid solid-state battery technology is designed to improve thermal stability by reducing the amount of liquid electrolyte. System safety also depends on the BMS, thermal management, electrical protection and fire suppression design. Model-specific safety reports are available upon request.

A hybrid solid-state battery combines solid-electrolyte technology with a controlled amount of liquid electrolyte. Compared with conventional lithium-ion batteries that rely mainly on liquid electrolytes, this design is intended to improve thermal stability, reduce electrolyte leakage and lower thermal-runaway risk while maintaining practical ionic conductivity and manufacturing scalability.
